Social accountability is a core tenant of our programs. In small military units, you’re always aware that you’re being continually assessed, as a reduction in your personal discipline and standards, could prove fatal for yourself or others.

Join a group of likeminded individuals, on their own process to developing their alpha traits. Use their development as motivation for your own. In turn, your development may be motivating theirs.

Throughout the year, Alpha Monkey stages challenging events to give the participants of the program, an opportunity to test their new skills and physical attributes.

Nutrition is a mine field. We simplify the entire process through sustainable diet plans based around your goals and your ability to stick to it.

Allow us to be accountable for your goals.

We are not athletes, nor are you. So why are you trying to stick to ridiculously strict diets that you know you wont stick to. 

Yoyo dieting is totally avoidable the Alpha Monkey way 

 

1-1 Training

Expeditie your development with direct access to decades of advanced military techniques and training methods.

Work with someone that cares about your goals more than you do. Someone that will not let you derail yourself. Someone that will guide and push you further than you thought possible.

For All Fitness Levels

We simply do not care how unfit you are or how out of shape you are. The fact you are willing to pass on this opportunity because you are too embarrassed means you will never fix it. You have resided to failure.

Well un-f*ck yourself. We will take any fitness standard through our 1-1 coaching program and get you fit enough to run to the top of Crooks Peak and back again within 6 months.

If we fail we will pay for a years membership of a gym of your choice.

Strength

Creating a strong physique is paramount to the Alpha Monkey program. We are not trying to create racing snakes, there are plenty of clubs for that.

We are creating individuals that can do 10+ pull ups, 50 press ups, carry jerry cans up steep hills.

We will take you from zero to hero. Do not be told you can not do something, even if its by yourself

 Cardio

A powerful heart and lungs is the absolute basis of the program.

Your cardiovascular fitness will be the most dramatic improvement you will see in the really short term with us.

We have plenty of hacks to provide you with excellent CV without the boring 10 mile runs.
